compiled.lk exists to change that. We're building Sri Lanka's first open, anonymous salary database — crowdsourced from real professionals across every industry. No accounts, no tracking. Every submission is anonymous. We hash your email for verification (so one person can't flood the data) but never store it in plain text. We don't track who you are, where you browse, or who you work for. The data is aggregated and presented so no individual can be identified.

To keep the data trustworthy, every submission goes through AI-powered moderation — checking salary plausibility, detecting duplicates, and assessing review authenticity. Obvious spam is filtered automatically; ambiguous cases go to human review. This means you can trust what you see without us ever knowing who submitted it.
